Tesla unveiled company’s first electric pickup truck named CyberTruck at an event in Los Angeles, California. Cybertruck has a futuristic design that many would either love or hate. Although the design is a bit polarizing, the Tesla pick up truck packs a host of hi tech features, like high towing capacity, insane acceleration, bulletproof exoskeleton.

It starts at $39,900 and comes in three versions with 250 miles, 300 miles, and 500 miles of range, respectively. Pre-orders can be made at tesla.com/cybertruck

Cybertruck’s exterior body or exo skeleton is made of ultra-hard 30x cold-rolled stainless steel that would help to eliminate dents, damage and long-term corrosion. The exoskeleton claims to provide passengers with maximum protection.

Interestingly, the truck is able to resist bullets shot from a 9mm gun. But during the demo, the glass shattered when hit with a metal ball.

In separate video demonstrations, Tesla Cybertruck was shown to accelerate faster than a Porsche 911 and win a tug of war with a Ford F-150.

Better utility than a truck with more performance than a sports car.
